قالَ رَسُولُ اللّهِ (صَلَّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ):
إِنَّ هذِهِ الْقُلُوبَ لِتَصْدَأُ كَما يَصْدَأُ الْحَـدِيدُ وَ إِنَّ جَلائَها قَراءَةُ الْقُرآنِ.

The Messenger of Allah (prayers of Allah be upon him and his family) has said

“These hearts rust just as iron rusts; and indeed they are polished through the recitation of the Qur’an.”
