Al-An'aam: 63

قُلْ مَن يُنَجِّيكُم مِّن ظُلُمَٰتِ ٱلْبَرِّ وَٱلْبَحْرِ تَدْعُونَهُۥ تَضَرُّعًا وَخُفْيَةً لَّئِنْ أَنجَىٰنَا مِنْ هَٰذِهِۦ لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلشَّٰكِرِينَ ﴿٦٣﴾
Say
Who is it that delivers you from the dangers of the land and the sea (when) you call upon Him (openly) humiliating yourselves, and in secret: If He delivers us from this, we should certainly be of the grateful ones.
ان سے کہئے کہ
خشکی اور تری کی تاریکیوں سے کون نجات دیتا ہے جسے تم گڑگڑا کر اور خفیہ طریقہ سے آواز دیتے ہو کہ اگر اس مصیبت سے نجات دے دے گا تو ہم شکر گزار بن جائیں گے
This dua’a should be recited to obtain protection of Allah when calamities surround you, having total faith in His power, with firm determination that you will always thank your Lord for saving you from the calamities.
