Surat Al-Furqaan (The Criterion) - الفرقان

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ بُشْرًۢا بَيْنَ يَدَىْ رَحْمَتِهِۦ وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً طَهُورًا ﴿٤٨﴾ لِّنُحْۦِىَ بِهِۦ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا وَنُسْقِيَهُۥ مِمَّا خَلَقْنَآ أَنْعَٰمًا وَأَنَاسِىَّ كَثِيرًا﴿٤٩﴾

And He it is Who sends the winds as good news before His mercy; and We send down pure water from the cloud, That We may give life thereby to a dead land and give it for drink, out of what We have created, to cattle and many people.
