فَمَا لَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿٢٠﴾ وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْقُرْءَانُ لَا يَسْجُدُونَ﴿٢١﴾

But what is the matter with them that they do not believe, And when the Quran is recited to them they do not make obeisance?
