Surat Yunus (Jonas) - يونس

وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَن تُؤْمِنَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَجْعَلُ ٱلرِّجْسَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ ﴿١٠٠﴾

And it is not for a soul to believe except by Allah's permission; and He casts uncleanness on those who will not understand.
