وَلِلْمُطَلَّقَٰتِ مَتَٰعٌۢ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ حَقًّا عَلَى ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿٢٤١﴾

और जिन औरतों को ताअय्युन मेहर और हाथ लगाए बगैर तलाक़ दे दी जाए उनके साथ जोड़े रुपए वगैरह से सुलूक करना लाज़िम है
