Surat Ash-Shu'araa (The Poets) - الشعراء

وَإِذَا بَطَشْتُم بَطَشْتُمْ جَبَّارِينَ ﴿١٣٠﴾

And when you lay hands (on men) you lay hands (like) tyrants;
