يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ ﴿٢١﴾

He punishes whom He pleases and has mercy on whom He pleases, and to Him you shall be turned back.
