هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿١٣٨﴾

ये (जो हमने कहा) आम लोगों के लिए तो सिर्फ़ बयान (वाक़या) है मगर और परहेज़गारों के लिए हिदायत व नसीहत है
