لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ ﴿١٠﴾

ये लोग किसी मोमिन के बारे में न तो रिश्ता नाता ही कर लिहाज़ करते हैं और न क़ौल का क़रार का और (वाक़ई) यही लोग ज्यादती करते हैं
