The One who creates the appearance of dishonor or degradation.
Al-Mudhill in the Quran (Chapter 9)
فَسِيحُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِى ٱللَّهِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخْزِى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ ﴿٢﴾
So go about in the land for four months and know that you cannot weaken Allah and that Allah will bring disgrace to the unbelievers.
