Al-Muminoon: 118

وَقُل رَّبِّ ٱغْفِرْ وَٱرْحَمْ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ ٱلرَّٰحِمِينَ ﴿١١٨﴾
And say
O my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones.
اور پیغمبر علیھ السّلام آپ کہئے کہ
پروردگار میری مغفرت فرما اور مجھ پر رحم کر کہ تو بہترین رحم کرنے والا ہے
In the Holy Quran Allah asks the Prophet to recite this prayer. There is no one in all of the creation who can equal our Holy Prophet in stature and by asking him to invoke Allah for mercy and protection, He is, infact, showing us that even the dearest friend of Allah needs His protection.
