Al-Furqaan: 65

وَٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا ٱصْرِفْ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَهَنَّمَ إِنَّ عَذَابَهَا كَانَ غَرَامًا ﴿٦٥﴾
And they who say
O our Lord! turn away from us the punishment of hell, surely the punishment thereof is a lasting
اور یہ کہتے ہیں کہ
پروردگار ہم سے عذاب جہنمّ کو پھیر دے کہ اس کا عذاب بہت سخت اور پائیدار ہے
Allah says in the Holy Quran that His faithful servants spend their nights, prostrating and standing (in prayers), before their Lord, and recite this prayer. It is highly recommended to recite this dua’a in tahajjud prayers.
