Surat Yunus (Jonas) - يونس

وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَ أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ وَلَوْ كَانُوا۟ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ ﴿٤٢﴾

And there are those of them who hear you, but can you make the deaf to hear though they will not understand?
