أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ عَلَىٰ تَخَوُّفٍ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ ﴿٤٧﴾

Or that He may not seize them by causing them to suffer gradual loss, for your Lord is most surely Compassionate, Merciful.
