مَن يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ يُخْزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَابٌ مُّقِيمٌ ﴿٤٠﴾

Who it is to whom there shall come a punishment which will disgrace him and to whom will be due a lasting punishment.
